Exchange Policy

Huarache & Artisanal Clothing Return Policy
 
Due to the handmade nature of our products (included but not limited to huaraches, artisanal clothing, unique one of kind artisanal items) Are not eligible for refund(s), only exchanges or e-store credit (please see e-store credit section for more details) within 10 calendar days of the delivery date **No Exceptions**
To be eligible for a return/exchange/e-store credit your product(s)/items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Exchange(s) must be unworn & in the same condition as received.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and have original tags attached
  • Shoes must be tried on indoors and on the carpet. (to avoid scuff marks)
  • If any product(s)/Item(s) has stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume, or deodorant, has animal hair, or any appearance of being worn product(s)/Items(s) will not be accepted as an exchange and you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.  
  • Clearance, Discounted items, Discount codes, and Sales are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for exchange or e-store credit (**NO EXCEPTIONS) 
  • Due to the handmade nature of clothing and/or Huaraches, sizes will vary and we may not have a larger size in the same style. We may be able to exchange for a similar style (at the same or lesser value) or you may receive e-store credit at our discretion.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Defective/Damaged Merchandise
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received damaged or defective merchandise you must contact us WITHIN 10 DAYS of receiving your shipment. Please email picture(s) of the damaged/defective item(s) to spanglishboutiquega@gmail.com
 
 
 
E-Store Credit
  • Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only in the form of an e-gift card. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unused, with tags still attached. Once Spanglish Boutique has received your return package, all returns will be inspected before an online store credit is issued. Spanglish Boutique reserves the right to deny a return if the items are worn, damaged, stained (make-up, fake tan, etc), or altered in any way. These garments won't be accepted, and they will be returned to the sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for an online credit. Store credit will ONLY be issued for the items purchased and NOT the shipping fees.
  • E-Credit code (store credit) can be used towards your exchange or future online purchases. Simply enter the code at checkout.
 
 
Return Process: To complete your exchange or return for store credit:
1.Email us at spanglishboutiquega@gmail.com for your return authorization (RA).
 Please let us know if you are wanting an exchange or e-store credit
2.Please ship your product(s)/Item(s) to 562 Wylie Rd, suite 19, Marietta GA 30067 Attn: Returns
  1. Please note: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your product(s)/Items(s) to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping labels are not provided. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
  2. We highly suggest using a trackable shipping service as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  3. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless a mistake has been made by us.
  4. IF YOU ENTERED A WRONG ADDRESS AND YOUR PACKAGE GETS SEND BACK TO US, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING A SHIPPING FEE TO SEND IT BACK TO YOU AS THIS WAS YOUR MISTAKE
PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT WE HAVE ENTER THE RIGHT ADDRESS BEFORE CHECKING OUT 
  1. Please allow 3-5 calendar days for us to process your exchange or e-store credit. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We have the right to refuse your return if it does not meet our criteria and you will be notified of our decision by email.
 
Sale items 
Clearance, Discounted items, Discount codes, and Sales are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for exchange or e-store credit (**NO EXCEPTIONS)
 
Pre-order/Special Order
Pre-order(s)/Special(s) cannot be cancelled or refunded. You may only exchange SIZES on Pre-Order product(s)/Item(s) after you receive your initial order and go through our return process. You have 10 calendar days from the delivery date to exchange your size.
WE DON’T CANCEL ORDERS. PLEASE REVIEW YOUR ITEMS BEFORE CHECKING OUT.

Huaraches Sizing Inquires 
PLEASE READ DESCRIPTIONS ON EVERY SHOE BEFORE ORDERING.
 All our huaraches are medium width and full sizes. Our shoes start out a little snug and then stretch naturally.
We've found most full-size customers stick with their full size. If you have a wider foot and/or you're a half size. We'd suggest sizing up to the next full size (example: size 7.5 size up to an 8).

**While we want your huaraches to be a perfect fit, short of trying them on in-store, we can only make suggestion’s/recommendations based on past customer feedback. We will try to the best of our ability to help you find the right pair, but we cannot guarantee a perfect fit for everyone due to the handmade nature of our huaraches as we are also all uniquely made :)
 
 
Pottery/Fragile Items
 
Due to the unique handmade nature of all our pottery, we are NOT able to offer refunds, exchanges, and/or store credit. All pottery is considered FINAL SALE.
 
We take great pride in securely wrapping our fragile items to arrive at your door in one piece. In the event, your order arrives damaged/broken you MUST make a claim with USPS (https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm ) within 10 days of receiving your item(s). Please do NOT dispose of the damaged/broken item(s) and packaging until your claim has been approved as USPS may require additional photos, documentation, and/or inspection. You are required to follow USPS claim process as they may require you to take the items and/or packaging for inspection at the local post office.
